After the first trailer was released, I was really undecided. I wanted to like it, due to the Kiwi connections (Director Martin Campbell with Tem Morrison and Taika) but to me it came off as cheesy. The extra 4 mins of footage released yesterday however, has filled me with some hope with the origins and story fleshed out a little more, and a sense of scale established. I think it could be actually quite fun and wait now with a bit more positive anticipation.
