An early look at the new Spiderman film titled The Amazing Spiderman in a recently released trailer. Sam Raimi's ones were okay if a little hokey pokey, and first impressions of this allude to something a lot darker, a style made successful by Chris Nolan's efforts in the re-visioned Batman series.
Its a tease so you don't get much, but it does look an improvement. Like the idea and effect of the POV sequence at the end, though still looks a little CGey at this stage. Andrew Garfield was excellent in David Fincher's The Social Network and looks well cast as Peter Parker. Will keep an eye out for more.
